The Existing Capital Towers Hotel was converted into 12,000m² of offices for the Department of Health.

Existing bedrooms where guttered and the existing shell fitted out with new carpets, ceilings and services to provide “A” grade finished offices.

Rob Joynson managed around forty different contractors in order to complete the project.

The external facade was completely re-vamped and aluminium “ Hulabond” from Hullets was used to clad the lower facades which contributed to the most cladding of this nature used in the CBD.
